So excited to offer a pop up class at Mountainside that will include a cocktail of your choice after (beer, wine or signature cocktail of the night). This will be a fun and relaxing hour yoga of gentle flow and movement with a 10 minute savasana to end out class, followed by time to socialize after and enjoy a drink together (non-alcoholic choice available also).
